Travelling to school

We encourage everyone to travel to school either on foot, or by a sustainable means of transport. Cycling, scooting and skateboarding are all great ways to get to school!

We run cycling proficiency courses for our oldest children every year, in preparation for cycling to The Cherwell School, which has the highest number of cyclists in any school in the country.

The Oxford Bus Company route number 6 picks up and drops off by our school. Click here for more details.

If you have no alternative to driving by car, we encourage you to share lifts wherever possible.

Roadworks at Wolvercote and Cutteslowe Roundabouts until late 2016

There are significant delays to travel due to roadworks at the roundabouts near school. Click here for live travel updates

In addition, the railway bridge on First Turn is being rebuilt until April 2016. Access for cyclists and pedestrians is still possible, but cars should be aware that First Turn is closed at the Woodstock Road junction. Details can be found here
