PTA
The PTA raises and spends funds on behalf of the school through fundraising and social events in a supportive, friendly and positive manner, enhancing our children's learning experience. This academic year has also seen the start of our PTA choir, which quickly gained an amazing reputation, leading to an invitation to join our KS2 choir to perform at the Oxfordshire Headteachers' Conference in Stratford-upon-Avon in March 2015.
You can help at any time by making a donation with gift aid.
Recent events and activities that have been supported by the PTA in school include visits to Forest School, a whole-school maths puzzle day, a memorable ukulele-making workshop and a regular commitment to our library. In January 2015, we started to use new waterproof clothing at Forest School, and will welcome world-renowned storyteller Daniel Morden to Wolvercote.
Class representatives support the PTA and the school in a variety of ways, as discussed in a survey conducted in October 2013: part one; part two
A more recent survey took place in March 2014.
